I had not been to the dentist due to a variety of other medical issues. I had a cracked tooth and went to Dr. Harward because my husband and daughter started going there. Boy am i glad I did. I'm getting several procedures done and this entire staff is exemplary. From the awesome ladies at the front desk to Honey (my hygenist) to Dr. Harward himself, I cannot say enough good things about everyone. They are so calm, explain everything as you go and put you so at ease. The work they do is top notch. I highly recommend Millpond Family Dental.

I took my 10 year old daughter in to see Dr Harward and he and his staff “Heather” made us feel right at home from the second we arrived. I immediately noticed the cleanliness of the office as we were taken in right away at our appointment time. Dr Harward really took the time to go through and explain everything going on with my daughter’s visit as well as answering any questions I had. Today was my first visit to Millpond Family Dental. Everyone there is very nice to me. The cleaning and the exam was thorough and pain free. Millpond is now my dentistry provider.
First off - I just want to say how highly I recommend Dr. Harward. I have been a patient of his since about 2019 and I can’t say enough good things. Prior to my first visit with him, I was terrified of dentists and the entire experience after so many bad memories as a child and even poor work as a young adult. I ended up seeing Dr. Harward because I was having issues with work done by someone else, and after my appointment all of my concerns and pain were gone. I became a regular patient of his and enjoyed my visits, and he always was so kind and addressed all of my questions and concerns, no matter how long they took! He has helped me with fillings, cleanings, Invisalign, whitening, and tooth sensitivity and has been amazing with all of them. When I found out he started his own practice, my husband and I without a second thought, transferred to Millpond. His work and patient “bedside” manner is unmatched to anyone I’ve ever seen before. My husband and I just had our first appointment at his new office and can’t say enough good things! From the appointment making process, to the front desk staff, to the hygienists.. everything was stellar. Top of the line equipment in the x ray rooms, too! It was refreshing to see a clinic with modernized equipment.
All in all, I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Harward and his team at Millpond. We will definitely be back. Editing to add that we happily drive over 30 minutes to receive the level of care provided.
We've enjoyed our experience at Millpond Family Dental. Our daughter was having tooth pain from a filling done at another dentist office. Dr. Harward was able to assess the situation and clean up the filling to help alleviate the pain. They have always been as accommodating as possible with appointments. My family is very satisfied with our experience at Millpond Family Dental.
Dr. Harward is very talented, patient and kept me informed throughout the entire process of replacing an old broken bridge with a complete new full smile of implants. Minimal pain and timely treatment. The supporting staff is skilled and friendly. I'm very happy with the results and grateful for the referral to such an amazing team of professionals.

I've been going to Millpond Dental for about 8 months. First seen for an emergency tooth pain, which they helped me right away. They have been very friendly and responsive to me and that shows they are interested in my care. I would recommend this practice for dental care.
I just switched to Millpond and I could not be happier with my choice. The front desk crew is friendly and great at the insurance and paperwork details. On top of that, the dentist and techs are professional, efficient and take the pain out of going to the dentist.
Friday afternoon before Memorial Day weekend, cracked a tooth not good. Call Millpond Family Dental. Left message with the answering service as it was lunchtime. Short time later received call from dentist 20 minutes later I was in the office discussing options. Had tooth extracted and back to work in no time. Fast friendly reasonable, Dr Harward is excellent. Thank you for your assistance it what could have been a most unpleasant situation.
When I had to receive a deep cleaning they took very good care of me and had me feel real comfortable. Unlike my last dentist I felt less with pain with them
