Genuinely the kindest people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I have a pretty gnarly history on my teeth and they were super attentive to my sound sensory issues, treating my situation with care and compassion, and made me feel like a real human person rather than an endless bank account. I was impressed with the website first, finding it welcoming and easy to view so I decided to call to make an appointment. Again, I was so impressed by the kindness and respect I received in the tone used with me, the patience exercised while answering my questions and the listening skills used to address my needs and wants. I was also impressed by the knowledge used to assist me in a way that helped me understand while also making me feel like my questions were important ones. I knew that I had to make an appointment when the love for her job shined through the phone in a way that I could practically see her big, caring smile. She explained what needed to happen before my appointment to make sure there were no surprises and/or more to do once I arrived. She kept searching for a time and day that worked best for me and then sent me paperwork, a reminder and made sure I understood the process. She reminded me after a week about something I needed to send in, and after I did, she made sure to check with insurance and then I knew exactly what I needed to pay for every service offered. I was so impressed with everything. Today when I arrived I could not have felt more appreciated again by the whole staff. The place was clean and beautiful. The dental caring room was comfy and convenient, with the X-ray machine, 3D scanner, cleaning supplies, X-ray reader/computer and screen all conveniently located within a door or two from me allowing me to comfortably relax and enjoy the visit. There was no rush feeling, as if others were more important. The staff took their time to ensure all my questions and concerns were addressed and answered. They restated my questions to make sure they understood my concerns. The entire office was personable and caring. I can’t wait to move the whole family there.
Love this dentist! It is so convenient to my house and I am always greeted with a smile. Just had a crown replaced and it was seamless, painless and easy. The lab they used got my permanent crown right on the first try and I didn't have to sit for an hour while they adjusted it. So happy with my experience!
Dr. Harward is an excellent dentist and was able to fix a small chip in my front tooth that another practice said it wasn’t worth doing since it may not stay. Dr. Harwarth filled it and have had no issues and love my smile. He also treated my daughter who had front teeth with white spots and he knew a treatment for it and she is so happy, and so am I. The whole staff is great.
Millpond Family Dental has the nicest and most professional staff. I've never waited beyond my appointment time and everyone is always very friendly. Dr. Harward is clearly a very talented dentist and is great about walking you through everything. It is so refreshing to go to a business where you are greeted with a smile and made to feel valued as a customer. Dr. Harward is awesome but his real genius his hiring the amazing staff he has. Not sure if they'll read this but thank you to everyone at Millpond Family Dental for always making my day brighter. You are all amazing people and I appreciate it.
First visit for a cleaning was very pleasant. I also had a crown come off prior to my visit and Dr. Harward was able to inspect to make sure there was no damage and was able reinstall with ease. Highly recommend Millpond Family Dental for its kind and knowledgeable staff, clean environment, and excellent consultation for smile and healthy teeth.
First off - I just want to say how highly I recommend Dr. Harward. I have been a patient of his since about 2019 and I can’t say enough good things. Prior to my first visit with him, I was terrified of dentists and the entire experience after so many bad memories as a child and even poor work as a young adult. I ended up seeing Dr. Harward because I was having issues with work done by someone else, and after my appointment all of my concerns and pain were gone. I became a regular patient of his and enjoyed my visits, and he always was so kind and addressed all of my questions and concerns, no matter how long they took! He has helped me with fillings, cleanings, Invisalign, whitening, and tooth sensitivity and has been amazing with all of them. When I found out he started his own practice, my husband and I without a second thought, transferred to Millpond. His work and patient “bedside” manner is unmatched to anyone I’ve ever seen before. My husband and I just had our first appointment at his new office and can’t say enough good things! From the appointment making process, to the front desk staff, to the hygienists.. everything was stellar. Top of the line equipment in the x ray rooms, too! It was refreshing to see a clinic with modernized equipment.
All in all, I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Harward and his team at Millpond. We will definitely be back. Editing to add that we happily drive over 30 minutes to receive the level of care provided.
Dr. Harward is very talented, patient and kept me informed throughout the entire process of replacing an old broken bridge with a complete new full smile of implants. Minimal pain and timely treatment. The supporting staff is skilled and friendly. I'm very happy with the results and grateful for the referral to such an amazing team of professionals.
Great, efficient care with well rounded dental service options for anything you and your family might need (from pediatrics to root canals). They have tv screens in the ceiling and other items to help kids feel comfortable or distracted during a visit. Dr. Harvard obviously loves children and is great with his approach to kids. The building is beautiful, you will be greeted with a smile, and Dr. Harward intentionally chooses his patient flow so that there is adequate time to address your needs and not rush you through. The practice also has a very reasonable rate for annual preventative dental care (exams, xrays,). I switched over when my kids needed several cavities filled and my practice was uncomfortable doing the work. Dr. Harvard took over their needs with ease and my kids were comfortable in his care and best yet, the price was reasonable.
