The doctor outlined options for me to choose from based upon my age, budget and expectations. I look forward to the seeing end result. The extractions went well. Next step is the scans for a partial denture. You can't beat their prices either. They really work with you!

I had not been to the dentist due to a variety of other medical issues. I had a cracked tooth and went to Dr. Harward because my husband and daughter started going there. Boy am i glad I did. I'm getting several procedures done and this entire staff is exemplary. From the awesome ladies at the front desk to Honey (my hygenist) to Dr. Harward himself, I cannot say enough good things about everyone. I'm honestly so afraid of the dentist. I had some bad past experiences, but going here actually helped me get over that fear. They were super efficient but still took the time to really listen to my concerns, which I appreciated so much. I had an extraction and an implant, and the whole process went incredibly smoothly. They even asked me what kind of music I wanted to listen to when they noticed I was starting to get super anxious, and that helped so much. So yeah, Dr. Harward is honestly the best—really kind, easy to talk to, and genuinely cares about his patients. When my implant didn’t look quite right, he immediately ordered a new one at no extra cost just to make sure it fit perfectly. I've been seeing Dr. Harward for a few years now, and I must say he's the kindest and gentlest dentist I've ever had. He's also quite funny, which makes the procedures a little difficult sometimes! 😅 When his past location didn't list him as part of their team anymore after not responding to my appointment inquiries, I was excited to learn he started his own practice. The place is super clean and nice, and his employees are super friendly. Heather, who is usually at the front is such a cool person and it's always a pleasure to see her, as well as Dr. Harward. I was impressed with the website first, finding it welcoming and easy to view so I decided to call to make an appointment. Again, I was so impressed by the kindness and respect I received in the tone used with me, the patience exercised while answering my questions and the listening skills used to address my needs and wants. I was also impressed by the knowledge used to assist me in a way that helped me understand while also making me feel like my questions were important ones. I knew that I had to make an appointment when the love for her job shined through the phone in a way that I could practically see her big, caring smile. She explained what needed to happen before my appointment to make sure there were no surprises and/or more to do once I arrived. She kept searching for a time and day that worked best for me and then sent me paperwork, a reminder and made sure I understood the process. She reminded me after a week about something I needed to send in, and after I did, she made sure to check with insurance and then I knew exactly what I needed to pay for every service offered. I was so impressed with everything. Today when I arrived I could not have felt more appreciated again by the whole staff. The place was clean and beautiful. The dental caring room was comfy and convenient, with the X-ray machine, 3D scanner, cleaning supplies, X-ray reader/computer and screen all conveniently located within a door or two from me allowing me to comfortably relax and enjoy the visit. There was no rush feeling, as if others were more important. The staff took their time to ensure all my questions and concerns were addressed and answered. They restated my questions to make sure they understood my concerns. The entire office was personable and caring. I can’t wait to move the whole family there.

My family and I have been on the hunt for a new family dentist that treats children and adults since our family dentist of 15+ years moved out of the area. It took some trial and error with other local dentists before finding Dr. Harward and Millpond Family Dental. My entire extended family now use him (my kids, my husband, my parents, my best friend and her family, etc!) Their office space is well decorated, clean, and full of the latest technology when it comes to equipment. They have TVs on the ceiling, which my 4 year old son thought was pretty cool during his first few visits. We have now been with Millpond Family dental for over a year and I'm so glad we found them. The professional and administrative staff at this practice are top notch. For various reasons, I have several (6) crowns, and of course many visits to the dentist. 😁 Dr. Harward is proficient, as well as having impressive dental technology and amenities. He is on the younger side, which is desirable for my family and children to grow up with. What really speaks for itself is the staff and culture of the office. Which is something that happens over time, not overnight. Billing can be complicated/frustrating and I've had no issues or worries, even switching insurance in the middle of dental work. My family and I just moved to Cary, and we're grateful to have found this office.

Love this dentist! It is so convenient to my house and I am always greeted with a smile. Just had a crown replaced and it was seamless, painless and easy. The lab they used got my permanent crown right on the first try and I didn't have to sit for an hour while they adjusted it. So happy with my experience!

Dr. Harward is an excellent dentist and was able to fix a small chip in my front tooth that another practice said it wasn’t worth doing since it may not stay. Dr. Harwarth filled it and have had no issues and love my smile. He also treated my daughter who had front teeth with white spots and he knew a treatment for it and she is so happy, and so am I. The whole staff is great.

First off - I just want to say how highly I recommend Dr. Harward. I have been a patient of his since about 2019 and I can’t say enough good things. Prior to my first visit with him, I was terrified of dentists and the entire experience after so many bad memories as a child and even poor work as a young adult. I ended up seeing Dr. Harward because I was having issues with work done by someone else, and after my appointment all of my concerns and pain were gone. I became a regular patient of his and enjoyed my visits, and he always was so kind and addressed all of my questions and concerns, no matter how long they took! He has helped me with fillings, cleanings, Invisalign, whitening, and tooth sensitivity and has been amazing with all of them. When I found out he started his own practice, my husband and I without a second thought, transferred to Millpond. His work and patient “bedside” manner is unmatched to anyone I’ve ever seen before. My husband and I just had our first appointment at his new office and can’t say enough good things! From the appointment making process, to the front desk staff, to the hygienists.. everything was stellar. Top of the line equipment in the x ray rooms, too! It was refreshing to see a clinic with modernized equipment. All in all, I highly recommend this practice and Dr. Harward and his team at Millpond. We will definitely be back. I had an excellent experience at Millpond Family Dental. The receptionist, Laverne, was quite friendly and helpful. The dental hygienist, Jada, was so very pleasant as well as considerate during the x-rays. And Dr. Marbell was cautious with my sensitive teeth, explained everything so very well and discussed a treatment plan moving forward. It really was my best experience over decades of dental appointments. I’ve scheduled my followup appointments and look forward to continued care at Millpond Family Dental.

I've been a patient at Millpond Family Dental since it opened and I'm very happy to be in their care. All the staff are incredibly professional and are a pleasure. My three visits have always been on time and great experiences. I've tried other practices in the area, most recently in Holly Springs where I was drawn in by a lot of marketing. I found the practice to be ok but very expensive. Every time I returned they would always find some additional procedure required that would cost hundreds of extra out of pocket expenses. At Millpond, my experience is different. Other than simply fluoride expenses, I've seen no cost. I like a dentist where I feel informed, cared for, and not intimidated. This is the right experience for me!

What an amazing experience from the front desk to the hygienist and the dentist! Beautiful atmosphere too! I brought my kids in and Dr. Harward was gentle with them and explained everything in detail and discussed options. I was so grateful to have him fully explain what he saw, and then provided feedback on how to proceed. It was a conversation rather than just a talking to. I've had two appointments with this practice and it was great both times. Dr. Harward and staff members are all very friendly and efficient. Wait time is very minimal and you have their full attentions and care while you are there unlike some other dental practices where they jump from patient to patient & leaving you in a room waiting for extended period of time. Great, efficient care with well rounded dental service options for anything you and your family might need (from pediatrics to root canals). They have tv screens in the ceiling and other items to help kids feel comfortable or distracted during a visit. Dr. Harvard obviously loves children and is great with his approach to kids. The building is beautiful, you will be greeted with a smile, and Dr. Harward intentionally chooses his patient flow so that there is adequate time to address your needs and not rush you through. The practice also has a very reasonable rate for annual preventative dental care (exams, xrays,). I switched over when my kids needed several cavities filled and my practice was uncomfortable doing the work. Dr. Harvard took over their needs with ease and my kids were comfortable in his care and best yet, the price was reasonable.

I’ve been seeing dr.Howard for a little over a year and each visit has been AMAZING. Not only is he understanding and sympathetic, but he is considerate of situations. (I am currently 8 months pregnant and he is SO knowledgeable on what can and cannot be done and does NOT push unnecessary work!) I would recommend him 100000 times over if I could!

This is our second visit to Millpond Family Dental and both were great. The dental hygienists and Dr. Harward were great at working with our 5 and 6 year old kids. I tried them out because their in-house dental membership plan beat the Cigna dental coverage I had, but I'll continue to go because my kids enjoy the experience with their personable staff. I also don't get anywhere near the impression that I'm being upsold on services, which I've felt at other dental practices in the past.

I never have to wait when I go for my appt. The office is very clean with state of the art equipment. Dr. Harward is very professional, personable, caring, and he keeps you informed of the procedure while you are in the chair. I am satisfied with Dr. Harward’s work and will recommend my friends and family to Millpond Family Dental.

We have 6 kids of varying ages and needs. This office is the best we have ever been to. They are efficient, easy to schedule, and everyone we have interacted with is kind. We have personally recommended this practice to multiple friends in the area.

Dr. Harward is personable and thorough. He involves the patient in his/her dental care by letting the patient know what he/she can be doing between visits. He explains procedures thoroughly in terms that everyone can understand. Dr. Harward doesn’t attempt to promote unnecessary procedures but explains benefits and pitfalls of any service. He performs many procedures that some dentists would refer to specialists. He does excellent work and he is painless. He relates well to adults and children alike. We are glad our family has found Millpond Family Dental.

Conservative but high tech. 1st timer. They did 3-D imaging of my teeth. Not ever practice has that technology. The dentist then used the imaging to suggest corrective processes making the suggestions very easy to understand. They also were more than willing to work with my *challenging* insurance company. Highly recommended :)

First time at Millpond Family Dental. First let me start with it’s a brand new location located in the Millpond shopping center. However, this is not your ordinary dentist 🦷 office. The staff is extremely friendly and will have you checked in and out like the star ⭐️ you are. Once you make it to the exam room you are in for a real surprise. First up nice decor. Second the technology they are using is state of the art. It’s like you are on the HoloDeck aboard the starship Enterprise. I mean from X-rays and mouth scans to a TV mounted on the ceiling so you can relax while the staff perform their duties. Wait they even provide great conversation while you are in the chair. I had a great time and they made the experience feel like a spa albeit a dental spa but you get my point. How about when you are done you notice your lips feel dry don’t worry they apply Vaseline with an applicator. What practice does that really. Oh and let me say the doctor cleaned my teeth wow I have never experienced that in all my years going to the dentist. So to sum things up I recommend if you are in the market for a new dentist give this practice a try you won’t be disappointed.

I have had a few dentist in my day and am a tooth grinder. 63 years old and have had a lot of work done! With past dentices, I always complained about my bite after a tooth repair or replacement. I felt that the plastic molds and possibly me, not staying still was the problem. Recently I switched dentist and experience a whole new great experience. Dr Harward uses a scanner for tooth fabrication and I can tell you it fit perfectly the frist time. No adjustments necessary. I had him replace another old crown and found out that the crown was grinded down to thin by my last dentist who should have sent it back, it wasn't right. I had one other tooth done by Dr Harward which needed a small adjustment but when I left I didn't have to come back. His practice is the best that I have experienced!!! I wish his front office manager Laverne wasn't retiring. Hope she selects some good replacement training them well. Thank you Dr Harward your the best I know.

Short time later received call from dentist 20 minutes later I was in the office discussing options. Had tooth extracted and back to work in no time.
